ARW 65 S Walk-Behind Roller
A pivoting mechanism enables effortless forward, backward and lateral movement, reducing operator fatigue while ensuring consistent compaction on soil and asphalt.
APA Add-On Compactors (90/110 and 110/110)
APA add-on compactors safely reach trenches and slopes while compacting layers at depths up to a yard. The compactors now utilize Ammann’s patented triple-shaft vibratory system, which delivers high compaction power and productivity.

ARS 70 Single Drum Roller
Featuring Ammann’s ECOdrop initiative, the ARS 70 reduces fuel consumption by 22%, hydraulic fluid by 26% and vibratory system fluid by 10%, lowering operating costs and maintenance demands.
ARX 26.1-2 Tandem Roller
This light tandem roller requires no diesel particulate filter, eliminating after-treatment maintenance. A maintenance-free articulation joint allows quick drum adjustment, while selectable drive modes optimize performance across applications.
ARR 1575-2 Trench Roller
The trench roller provides maneuverability in confined spaces thanks to its slim width of 600 mm (23.6 in). A central steering joint and two-stage vibration system ensure precise control and adaptable compaction performance.
ACE Compaction Technology & ADS Documentation
Ammann Compaction Expert (ACE) provides real-time compaction measurement and automatic adjustment of amplitude and frequency for certain light machines, including the ARR 1575-2 Trench Roller.
ACEforce, the heavy-equipment compaction technology, reduces passes, saves fuel and ensures uniform compaction. ACEforce with ADS documentation delivers precise jobsite records for quality control and efficiency.

ASPHALT-MIXING PLANTS
ACC Alpine Asphalt Mixing Plant
The ACC Alpine enables producers to maximize RAP content without sacrificing mix quality. Typical RAP rates reach 50% as standard and up to 60% with a dual collar feed. An extended drum mixing section improves heat transfer and mixing time, delivering consistent, high-quality mix designs at market-leading RAP levels.
HRT (High Recycling Technology) Asphalt Batch Plant
The Ammann HRT asphalt batch plant is engineered to operate efficiently with very high RAP content – even up to 100%. Its core feature is the vertical introduction of heated RAP into the mixer, ensuring optimal heat transfer, excellent mixing quality, and full protection of the aged binder.
Available with RAH60 parallel-flow or RAH100 counterflow double-drum systems, the HRT combines extremely low fuel consumption and emissions with homogeneous temperature distribution. This reduces material sticking and significantly lowers environmental impact, bringing Ammann’s premium recycling technology and global experience to the U.S. market.
ABA UniBatch Asphalt Mixing Plant
The ABA UniBatch offers maximum customization, flexibility and performance, with production ranges from 154 to 441 short tons per hour. Advanced RAP technologies enable cold, hot and warm asphalt production, including mixes with 60% RAP.
as1 Control System
The as1 Control System improves mix quality while reducing material waste and energy consumption. It gathers and processes plant data to uncover efficiencies across asphalt operations. The system offers many built-in features and reports.
Additional modules support even more enhanced inside views and tools for optimization. The as1 Plant Information Point (PIP) module enables access of key data on a mobile device, anywhere and anytime. The Plant Asset App (PAA) offers even deeper looks into the plant elements. It delivers instant information – down to the input/output signal level and error view, which are crucial for remote support. The Wheel Loader Terminal (WLT) provides the driver of the loader with all the information needed for their daily work.
Plant Guard
Plant Guard contains the Condition Monitoring module, which connects directly to the Ammann as1 Control System and dedicated sensors across the plant. Real-time and historical KPIs are shown through intuitive dashboards.
The Maintenance Manager 4.0 module transforms plant care into a structured, proactive process and includes guides on how to perform the maintenance. Comprehensive dashboards provide insights about plant maintenance performance. The platform includes an online catalogue as well for spare parts with full shop functionalities on via MyAmmann.com.
