My path with Ammann – from training to sales consultant

My journey with Ammann began 25 years ago. Back then, I was looking for a solid and secure apprenticeship. I chose Ammann – a decision I have never regretted. The company already had an excellent reputation as a training company, and I knew that this was the right place for me.

A company with a family spirit

What I particularly enjoy about my work at Ammann is the family environment. Despite its continuous growth, the company remains a place where people know and appreciate each other. This close bond makes it easy to feel at home and to develop professionally.

Opportunities for further development

Ammann has always provided opportunities for me. I started as a service technician and was able to develop thanks to a great deal of support and training. This has been the case right up to my current position as sales consultant. In particular, I appreciated the opportunity to complete the HF electrical engineering technical school while working. I was also able to take part in numerous internal training courses – from talent development to language courses and technical training.

The corporate culture at Ammann is characterized by a spirit of innovation and teamwork. Employees' ideas and suggestions are taken seriously and valued. In my working environment in particular, I experience the importance of team spirit on a daily basis. We can only be successful together. Technology has developed rapidly in our industry in recent years. Thanks to digitalisation, many processes have become more efficient and secure. Special highlights of my career

One of my personal highlights was commissioning the first control system of the new generation of the as1 Control System. It was an exciting project that had a huge impact on me. Equally unforgettable was the sale of my first major control system, a conversion to a well-known customer. After intensive technical coordination and negotiations, the success was all the more fulfilling.
