Ammann’s transport-optimised concrete-batching plants arrive in a hurry – and are ready to start production quickly, too.

Thanks to skilled engineering, Ammann CC Elba transport-optimised plants require three or fewer flatbed trailers for transport. Once they arrive, the only foundation needed is compacted soil or a simple concrete floor. All sub-assemblies are pre-installed to further enable a quick start-up.

The plants, with theoretical hourly outputs ranging from 30-120 m³, come in varied sizes to ensure businesses have the necessary production. Regardless of capacity, the transport-optimised plants provide highly homogenous mixes after short cycle times.

Easy maintenance access optimises uptime and, ultimately, profitability.
