Ammann China Open Day, Launch of ABC 400 ValueBatch
Spirits were high for customers, prospects and Ammann personnel at a recent Open House at Ammann China’s manufacturing facility in Shanghai. The event included the launch of the ABC 400 ValueBatch, an asphalt-mixing plant developed specifically for the Chinese market.
The new plant was assembled at the factory, enabling about 100 customers and prospects to get a close look. The ABC 400 ValueBatch was well received, as two customers have agreed to purchase the new plant.
The open house also included informational sessions and a message from CEO Hans-Christian Schneider, who told those assembled: “It’s great to have you at this Open House – and for all of us to be working together more closely again.”
Attending the event were Huang Songchang, deputy chief engineer of Highway Research Institute of Ministry of Transportation; and Jiao Shengjie, professor of Chang'an University and president of Road Construction Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association.
The official launch of the ABC 400 ValueBatch Asphalt-Mixing Plant was the highlight of the day. According to Peter Ning, Commercial Manager of Ammann Shanghai, this new product adopts the market-tested technology of the ABA UniBatch to enable cost-effective performance.
The ABC 400 VauleBatch asphalt mixing plant is a new product from Ammann to meet the demand for large capacity plants in the Chinese market. It has a maximum capacity of 400t/h, which can help customers complete large construction projects efficiently.
