Maneouvrability and mobility are the keys to this wheeled paver, which is ideal for work in municipalities. It proves productive when space is open, but also can negotiate curves and tighter spaces, too – in part due to a tight 5-metre turning radius. Auger System
Consistent distribution of material across the full screed width is a key for Ammann City Class pavers. The slim auger box and the large auger size reduce possible segregation to a minumum and enable the machines to place a quality mat.

Engines
Deutz engines are the power behind the Ammann AFT 400-2, AFW 400-2, AFT 400-3 and AFW 400-3 Asphalt Pavers. Highly advanced e-hydraulic controls provide efficiency. The engines are available to meet Stage IIIA or Stage V standards.
