A French national, Dalin has an international academic and professional background spanning Europe, the United States and China. He holds:

• An Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai

• A Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in the United States

• A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris, France
